OAKRIDGE CONSTRUCTION, please leave yourself extra time to get to your appointment. We do our best to update here for your information. Work may be impacted by weather and other delays. The dates are subject to change and/or may be extended.
CURRENTLY:
1)
Cambie Street will be closed to vehicle traffic in both directions from West 41st Avenue to West 49th Avenue to support crane activity at the Oakridge Park development. Traffic control personnel and signage will be in place to assist with vehicle movements during the closure period.
The closure will take place from March 16 to March 21. During this time, access to the building parkade will be adjusted as outlined below:
March 16 – 18: Crane Removal
- Parkade Entry: Southbound access only on Cambie, entering at West 42nd Avenue.
- Parkade Exit: Vehicles will be directed northbound on Cambie. Southbound travel will not be permitted when exiting.
March 19 – 21: Continued Crane Work
- Parkade Entry: Southbound access only on Cambie, entering at West 42nd Avenue
- Parkade Exit: Vehicles will be directed southbound on Cambie. Northbound travel will not be permitted when exiting

Please be advised that access to and from the parkade will be reduced to single-lane alternating traffic from time to time to accommodate construction work.

Please be advised the north pedestrian stairwell leading to the Medical and Dental Building will be temporarily closed until further notice.
Please use the south stairwell or the parkade as alternative access routes. Additional ambassadors and directional signage will be in place to assist with navigation.
For patients arriving on foot or by public transit who require assistance, the golf cart valet service will remain available.
Please allow extra travel time to and from appointments during this period.

ON-GOING:
1) The heritage boulevard and side walk on Cambie Street are being upgraded. There will be intermittent reduction to single lane heading southbound from W41st to W45th on Cambie.
In and Out of the parkade will be managed by traffic control personnel while ramps and paving are scheduled to be completed. Please include extra travel time to the area.
2) Vehicle entering the parkade must be under 6'6".
3) There is currently no elevator servicing the medical building.
If you arrive via Public Transit and are unable to walk the stairs, free Golf Cart Shuttle Service is provided. Please contact security for golf cart valet 604-269-2103 or call our office at 604-261-8168 for any assistance.
Arriving via Car, free parking. Entry is on Cambie St., spiral up to P5/rooftop for direct access to the 3F.
