Class III Malocclusion with growth modification

Skeletal Class III malocclusion with anterior crossbite of the lower incisors

The patient presents with a skeletal Class III malocclusion with severe crowding of upper dental arch and lower anterior teeth in crossbite with the upper incisors.

The treatment started with an upper expander and reverse pull face mask to help normalize the skeletal relationship.

After successful skeletal correction, a tooth was extracted in the upper arch, and upper and lower braces were placed to help correct the dental crowding as well as to detail the occlusion.
