Skeletal Class II malocclusion with larger overjet and overbite

The patient presents with a skeletal Class II Malocclusion with larger overjet, deep overbite, and moderate upper and lower incisor crowding.

The treatment started with the Twin Block appliance to help normalize the skeletal relationship.

After successful correction of the overjet and overbite, upper and lower braces were placed to help correct the dental alignment and to detail the occlusion.
